We established The Olde Yorke and opened on our daughters 21st birthdays, March 16 1997. My Wife and I have been in the fish & chip business in England since 1969, where we had three take-out shops. In 1980, we opened "The Brittania" in Trenton then came to Toronto in 1992. We have always strived to provide the best in fish & chips and service in a pub like atmosphere, minus the TV's and other distractions, found in almost every pub today. This is our 15th year at The Olde Yorke & we have the best customers your could ever wish for, many of whom have been visiting us the whole time. Here's to the next 15 years, Cheers!
