The featured player is given extravagant treatment here, complete with white linen, a chopstick stand and a delicate tabletop teapot. Every dish is fresh, flavourful and stylishly presented. Particular mention goes to the restaurant’s less traditional versions of dim sum, like foie gras and minced pork, deep-fried crispy taro paste with seasoned minced emu, and minced chicken and truffle. The smoky, deeply flavoured double-boiled soups also come well recommended.
