After nearly a decade serving the Forest Hill community, the Hope Street Cafe is now closed for an exciting expansion. In the new year, we will start renovations and re-open later in 2012 with a fresh new look, an expanded dining room and a private banquet area.

During the construction, The South Side Restaurant & Bar (located directly across from Hope) will welcome Hope Street's loyal clientele with new menu offerings and Hope's old favourites. You will continue to find the fresh, home-style food, comfortable atmosphere, quality service and the familiar faces you've come to expect at Hope Street over the last 8 years.

Starting January 3, breakfast will be available in the Village beginning at 7:30am on weekdays. At lunch, Hope's popular salads, all-day omelets, and home-made burgers will be offered in addition to South Side's signature items. Weekend brunch will combine the best of both restaurants, with stuffed French toast, eggs Benedict and other favourites. Dinner service will continue 7 nights a week with the carefully selected items and home style foods you've come to love.
