Chef Lorenzo Loseto presents an a la carte tasting menu consisting of 3 courses with a selection of cheese and desserts to follow. The courses graduate from lighter to richer and you may choose one item from each to create your own menu. Chefs specials, six and eight course tasting menus are also available. Each course is carefully paired by our Sommelier with a variety of choices either by the bottle, six or eight ounce glass. George is housed in an old 1850's chocolate factory that has been impeccably transformed. Savour the dramatic juxtaposition of extraordinary modern chandeliers with rich wood floors, polished bar, antique doors and George's hallmark of intricate Art Nouveau wrought iron window treatments and screens.
