Some dishes need no refining at all and are served in their authentic form. Adega's specialty is seafood and they source it from all over the world: fresh fish from Portugal & Azores Islands, Canadian Maritime Lobster, Norwegian Cod, Tunisian Octopus, Thai Tiger Shrimp, etc. Their daily featured items include fine meats such as Rack of Lamb, Veal Chop and Beef Tenderloin grilled with Mediterranean marinades and spices.
